Front foyer. Flooring is maple coloured laminate over older vynal.

The door to the main floor powder room is the one to the right.

The main powder room has a new toilet, new laminate flooring, original counter and cabintes in very good condition.

Living room has a good sized picture window, new in 1996, facing Haughton Ave (very quiet area) south facing with view of front garden.

All the oak hardwood floors have been professionally refinished with the last 3 weeks.

There's a pocket door in the wall between the dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen has been upgraded with IKEA cabinets and new counters.

The fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave are included. The washer and dryer in the basement are included too.

The stair railing would look great capped in oak and finished to match the oak flooring.

The ceilings of the bedrooms have dark lines (due to dust) where the roof truces are because the ceilings haven't been painted for 22 years. If they were painted they would look like the ceiling in the foyer which has been freshly painted.

The main bathroom on the second level has the original cabinets with updated handles. The counter is older with a newer sink and tap set. The tub and wall tiles around it are new.

This bedrooms are all very close in size. This bedroom is the only one with double closets so you might want to use this one as the master bedroom.

Private backyard

This semi is finished with brick all around and has all upgraded windows.

The NCC bike path is about 0.1 km away from the house. This is the view looking West.

Britannia Beach is only a short walk from the house.

This beach is about 0.3km away from the house at 2887 Haughton Ave.

Britannia Beach is open from Saturday, June 19 to Sunday, August 22 2010. Lifeguards are on duty from noon to 7 pm.

E.coli levels tend to be lower here since they installed anti-bird devices, the sand is clean and the swimming area is the kind that is “fenced in” by floating buoys.
